Georgia Horsley, the wife of McFly star Danny Jones, has reportedly moved out of their family home in the wake of his shock kiss with Maura Higgins.

The 2025 BRIT Awards took place on Saturday 1 March and saw a slew of stars attend the ceremony at London’s O2 Arena – including non musicians like Love island star Maura, 34. Danny, 39, was in attendance – and footage later emerged showed him looking very close to the reality star, with the pair seemingly kissing at a party.

The kiss rocked his 11-year marriage with former Miss England model Georgia, 38, with whom he shares a seven-year-old son named Cooper. After footage of the kiss went viral, Danny issued an apology where he appeared to take responsibility for his actions and said he was attempting to work through the incident with his family.

On Sunday night, a report emerged stating that Georgia had moved out of the family home in the wake of the incident. The report suggested that she was spending time with a friend in London.

The marriage was rocked when footage emerged of him kissing Maura Higgins

A source told The Sun: “They’re not together and she is working out what she wants to do.” The report went on to state Georgia had told Danny: “I need to get away.” The Mirror has contacted a representative of Danny for comment.

On Friday, Danny issued a grovelling apology as his actions continued to generate headlines. In a statement shared via Instagram, the McFly star said: “Hello everyone, sorry it’s taken me a while to post this but I’ve taken some time out to be with those closest to me. I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation. I love them so much and we’ll continue to deal with this privately.

“I love you guys, thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. See you all soon, Danny.” The singer was spotted getting cosy with his I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! co-star just hours after the BRIT Awards earlier this month. Danny and Maura were filmed sharing a kiss at the Universal Music BRIT Awards afterparty on Saturday March 1.
