Actress Helen Mirren has spoken out about facing d3ath and losing her love ones she gets older, as she made a poignant d3ath confession. She previously opened up on the aft3rl1fe and accepting that she will d13 in an interview years before she approaches 80 on July 26.

She told i magazine in 2018: “We are all headed in that direction, sorry to tell you! It’s gonna happen. So one might as well confront it, and what better time to confront it than the latter part of your life? “As you travel through life, you do realise that you lose friends and colleagues and d3ath becomes a part of your life and that happens at every age. It’s not just what happens to older people.”

Helen went on to say, “These days, that’s even more possible. People are living longer. People are living healthier lifestyles.

“There’s much more of an understanding of what helps with longevity and enjoyment of life as long as you can. And that’s to do with diet and above all exercise.”

Dame Helen has also recently spoken out about staying healthy as you get older, as she started working with Age UK, as she insisted that it is “never too late” to turn your lifestyle around.

She said: “Whatever you may think about ageing, it’s something we must all try to embrace rather than fear.”

“Staying fit and active doesn’t have to be joining a gym; it can just be small changes like taking a short walk or yoga, which I still enjoy.

“It’s never too late to start doing something, so why not give something a go while you’re younger?”
