The reality TV queen has had her fill of Kanye’s rants and shenanigans, so she put her best foot forward, got dolled up and went out to eat cake. Kim has allegedly taken legal action against Kanye, father of her four kids, after he attempted to share a song with their daughter North and P Diddy.

Kim reportedly served her ex-husband Kanye West with legal papers after he attempted to share a song he had worked on with their daughter, North, and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The music mogul is awaiting trail after being charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, transportation and engaging in prostitution. Sources claim that Kim, who divorced Kanye in 2022 had been left horrified by the revelation and is believed to have instructed lawyers to deal with the incident. It’s believed that the star is working to have the track removed from X, formerly known as Twitter.

Kim is said to have issued legal cease-and-desist letters to her ex-husband insisting that he stops the release of the record. The Daily Mail reports that an emergency legal hearing took place with Kanye, who didn’t attend, choosing to delay the record which also features Diddy’s son, Christian ‘King’ Combs.

However, the song is currently doing the rounds on social media which has angered the reality star turned trainee lawyer. On Saturday, Kanye, 47, posted the track to his page which boasts 33.3 million followers. It’s reported that Diddy, 55, recorded his parts on the record, Lonely Roads Still Go To Sunshine, via the phone from prison.

Prior to this, Kanye decided to share text messages between himself and his ex-wife, as he vowed to go to “war” on her due to her holding the copyright for their eldest child’s name. Kanye said to Kim “I’m never speaking with you again,” along with a snippet of what appeared to be a legal document, including the phrase: ‘participation in this project,’ purportedly in reference to his new song.

Kim hit back: “I asked you at the time if I can trademark her name. You said ‘yes’. When she’s 18 it goes to her.” The grabs are then said to show the SKIMS star texting Kanye: “I sent paper work over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her. One person has to trademark!”

Kim added that she and Kanye had made the decision to trademark their children’s names “so no one else would use them.” Kanye fumed: “Amend it or I’m going to war and neither of us will recover from the public fallout. You’re going to have to kill me.”

Taking to X, he later claimed that “the Kardashian mob” have been “taking his rights away.” The rapper who has recently sparked controversy by praising Nazi leader Adolf Hitler commented: “I don’t want to just ‘see my kids’. I need to raise them.

“I need to have a say so of where they go to school and who their friends are and whose houses they sleep over and whether my daughter wears lipstick and perfume. All these rights have been taken away from me by the Kardashian mob.”
