She told her followers about the health issues that she and her family are facing that “took them out.”

On Tuesday night, Ginger, 43, shared a photo to her Instagram.

The picture featured her hand and one of her son’s hand as they laid in bed next to each other.

The meteorologist had on a black hoodie as she was covered in blankets.

“Stomach flu has taken us out… hope to be back soon,” she captioned the post.

“Stay healthy everyone!”

Ginger has been out this whole week.

Sam Champion took her place and reported the weather for GMA.

Her GMA co-stars wished her well in the comments.

“Oh no! Feel better,” Rebecca Jarvis said.

“Feel better soon,” Robin Roberts added.

TURN AROUND TIME

The day before Ginger announced her sickness, she shared a video of herself where she looked fine.

She talked about the tornado and hail threat in California that day.

However, the meteorologist had her hair curled and makeup done.

Ginger did appear to be wearing the same hoodie that she did in her recent post though.

FAMILY VACATION

Her family was recently on a trip as her son, Adrian, learned to ski for the first time.

The GMA meteorologist posted a video on Instagram to commemorate the moment.

“BASICALLY FIRST TIME ON SKIIS! After he mastered this bunny hill we ran a long green… so proud of my boy today!” Ginger captioned the video.

Adrian glided his skis slowly on the snow as he skied down a path of snow.

At the end of the video, Ginger could be heard off camera saying, “Yes! What is up?”
