DRAMATIC: ITV Emmerdale Cain Dingle’s fate ‘SEALED’ as fans ISSUE Same Warning

Fans of ITV’s long-running rural soap Emmerdale are worried Cain Dingle (played by Jeff Hordley) will end up alone as he continues to push people away and lash out in the wake of the murder of his son Nate Robinson (Jurrell Carter). The latest episode of the drama (July 23) saw him tackle Liam Cavanagh (Johnny McPherson), claiming he missed signs that could have saved Nate.
Viewers couldn’t believe he was taking his anger out on the doctor and took to X to vent about his actions. “Cain, yes, you’re grieving, but don’t be a twat & take it out on others,” one pleaded. Another observed: “Cain pushing everyone away.” A third chimed in: “Cain, how is Liam supposed to know? Anyway, wrong guy!” A fourth echoed this, writing: “Cain, Liam really didn’t do anything wrong.” Meanwhile, a fifth predicted: “Cain is definitely going to kill John whenever he finds out he killed Nate; they rarely go to jail in soaps.”

Viewers are fully aware that Nate’s killer was actually John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth). However, the residents of the village remain oblivious to his guilt as Owen Michael (Simon Haines) has been framed for the crime.
Owen was the man who spiked Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley), and John had previously had a run-in with him and kicked him out of the surgery.
Later, during a home visit, John found Owen unconscious, and rather than aid him, he left him to die, having formulated a plan.
He wrote a suicide note on his computer confessing to Nate’s murder, ensuring that Cain and the villagers now believe he was responsible.
This led a grieving Cain to lash out at Liam, as he believed that, as his GP, he should have seen some signs of what Owen was capable of.
Tackling Liam in the Woolpack, he questioned the home visit, saying: “You must have known something was up, or why else would you have called round.

Liam declined to answer telling Cain: “I really can’t talk about a patient like this, I’ve already said more than I should.”
This led an irate Cain to grab a shocked Liam and threaten him, shouting, “If you’d done your job properly, he’d still be alive!”
Emmerdale airs on ITV and ITVX at 7.30pm on weekdays.
