CANDID CONFESSION: Loose Women’s Coleen Nolan admitted she was “EXTREMELY NERVOUS” about the SURPRISE GOOD NEWS

TV star Coleen Nolan made her return to the Loose Women panel on Tuesday (22 July), joining forces with Judi Love, Nadia Sawalha and Mariella Frostrup.

The quartet tackled a range of subjects on the ITV programme and welcomed special guests Aston Merrygold and Jeff Brazier to discuss the musical production they’re both appearing in.

Prenatal depression became a key talking point, with Coleen and her fellow panellists sharing candid insights about their own pregnancy journeys and the challenges they encountered.

The spotlight fell on Coleen when Nadia enquired: “You’re going to be a granny! Does it transfer? Do you get the anxiety?”.

This prompted Coleen to speak frankly about preparing to become a grandmother for the third time, after her youngest daughter Ciara announced her pregnancy, reports Belfast Live.

“When I was pregnant, I don’t remember being worried, really. I just loved it. But, it was way back in the day. Now, with Ciara, because of social media, I am a complete and utter nervous wreck,” Coleen confessed.

She expressed her worries, explaining that whilst some content online is “great and informative”, she believes this gets “overridden” by harmful material.

“It’s like, everything she does, I’ve turned into this lunatic. I keep saying to her to stay off social media, because it’s a scary place to be right now. And, everyone has different opinions, different experiences,” Coleen continued.

Coleen has opened up about her daughter Ciara’s unique pregnancy worries, revealing to her Loose Women colleagues the one burning question that’s been on Ciara’s mind.

The mother of three shared with her panel: “The only thing she has said to me, that is upsetting her more than anything, is ‘Mum, how have you lived with breasts this big all of your life?!’”

Last month, Coleen joyously announced Ciara’s pregnancy on Instagram with a charming photo of them together, Ciara tenderly holding her baby bump.

Coleen expressed her elation in the caption: “I’m going to be a nanny for the 3rd time! ! I can’t believe my baby is having a baby! Congratulations to my beautiful daughter Ciara and her fiancé Max, over the moon for you both,” sharing the delightful news with her followers. Coleen and her ex-partner Ray Fensome are Ciara’s proud parents.
