BREAKING POINT: Carole Malone SKEWERS GB News star in furious migrant row

Express columnist Carole Malone had a frosty encounter with a GB News guest over findings that Afghans and Eritreans are twenty times more likely to be convicted of s3xual offences than Brits. It comes after it was reported that the police will be pulled away from neighbourhood duties in order to keep the peace at protests over migrants amid worries of a summer of unrest. Recently, anti-migrant protesters clashed with police officers outside a hotel believed to house asylum seekers in Epping. The leader of Epping Forest council, Chris Whitbread, called for the Bell Hotel to be shut down after an asylum seeker allegedly s3xually assaulted a teenager.

During a segment on GB News, Carole defended the protestors, who she described as “concerned parents who were made to look nasty, racist protestors”. She said: “They’re not. They’re just parents worried about their kids. They have every right to be angry. It’s going to be replicated all over this country.”

Jonathan Lis replied: “Carole. You know perfectly well…” Before she fired back: “Don’t tell me what I know, because what you’ll say I probably don’t.”

He then continued: “The majority of s3xual offences in this country are not carried out by asylum seekers.” Carole then said: “Hang on! Totally wrong. A quarter of all s3x crimes are carried out by foreign criminals, in terms of Afghans and Eritreans, are 20 (times) more likely to commit s3xual offences than Brits.”

When quizzed about the figures, Jonathan responded: “Well, I don’t have those figures…” to which Carole shot back: “You do this every time! You don’t address the facts.”

Jonathan said: “You can give me any kind of statistics you want…”To which Carole then commented: “You just don’t want to believe it! It’s not might well be, it is true.”

Earlier this month, Ess3x Police was forced to block a road with vans near the Bell Hotel at one point during the protest, with around 200 individuals having turned up.

The Business Secretary, Jonathan Reynolds, has said that Government agencies, the police, and emergency services are now preparing for potential unrest after the demonstrations at Epping. Local Conservative MP Dr Neil Hudson warned that the riots in Ess3x are a “crisis that has reached the boiling point.”
