We all know there’s no Batman without Robin, Han Solo without Chewbacca, Mario without Luigi, Joe Montana without Jerry Rice, and Michael Jordan without Scottie Pippen. Without the multiple players (8) from the Celtics dynasty of the 1960s, led by Bill Russell and Sam Jones, who hold the record for most titles as teammates in the NBA with 10, Jordan and Pippen would top the list with six championships – two three-peats – won with the amazing Chicago Bulls from the 1990’s. With so much success together and sharing a locker room for 10 seasons, one would think that Jordan and Pippen would be great friends and, now retired, laugh about the nearly 700 games they played together. But the reality is very different, and according to Pippen himself, “We were never great friends.
Pippen on his Bad Relationship with Jordan
Pippen made this statement during his appearance on the Patrick Bet-David podcast. Despite saying they didn’t get along, Pippen also praised Michael, acknowledging that he is “built differently,” a great teammate, and undoubtedly better than LeBron James in any era. But their fractured relationship runs deeper than competitive tension. A significant factor is the recent controversy surrounding Larsa Pippen, Scottie’s ex-wife, and her ended relationship with Marcus Jordan, Michael’s son. This situation seems to have widened the rift between the two legends, making a reconciliation unlikely even with the fact that they are no longer together.

As teammates, Jordan and Pippen were a force of nature. Together, as told, they won six NBA championships, went undefeated in the Finals, and led the Bulls to an incredible 72-10 season in 1995-96 – the record for most wins in a regular season until the Warriors broke it in 2016. They played 691 games together, combining for more than 35,000 points, countless iconic moments and a legacy that continues to define the NBA.
It’s hard to believe that they never spent time together outside of team facilities, as Pippen said in the Podcast. There are even photos that suggest otherwise, and it’s almost essential to have a good relationship with your teammates to achieve the kind of success these Bulls have. Without chemistry, there are no results. After all, both are now older, more mature individuals who surely appreciate what they shared for so many years. Without one, the other probably wouldn’t have become the legend he is today.
VIDEO: Some Dude Just Dropped The Cold Hard Truth On Why All Of These NFL Prospects Are “Dating White Women”

Unless this is your first day in America, then you know race relations in this country dominate just everything, and that includes NBA and NFL drafts.
During the most recent NFL Draft in Detroit, social media was buzzing as athletes showed up to the red carpet event with their girlfriends and family. Many of the incoming NFL rookies were African-American and were spotted with white women, which has become the usual theme for years.

The same thing happens with the NBA Draft.
This year, the discourse on the NFL Draft and NBA Draft has gotten even louder as African-American women openly pondered why so many of the players never have a partner that is the same race as them.
One guy on TikTok decided to answer that question by revealing that the vast majority of his division-1 friends in college or headed to the league are dating or married to white women and explained why.
He stated that some of them had told him that their white girlfriend looked up to Taylor Swift while their girlfriend looked up to Megan The Stallion. He then states the guy asks how many white women he has seen doing the Megan Thee Stallion challenge as opposed to Black women.
He then dove into another story of a friend who relayed that his Black girlfriend started to request money from him as soon as she found out about his NIL money. She wanted her hair and nails done. He then added that the Black women would be upset if they went to places like Chipotle, and she demanded steak houses.

Commissioner Roger Goodell took the stage Thursday for the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit, and many players showed up, ready to hear their names called.
Many women online noticed that some players in the NFL Draft who were Black did not have the same color girlfriend on their arm.
Some of those players included Caleb Williams, who hit the red carpet at the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit with girlfriend Alina Thyregod by his side.
Washington wide receiver Rome Odunze showed up with girlfriend Alannah Davidson.
Penn State left tackle Olu Fashanu had his girlfriend blocked by his mom from interacting with him after he was selected.

Former NFL running back LeSean McCoy is getting dragged online for telling on NBA legend and Hall of Famer Dikembe Mutombo as he suggested the 57-year-old was stepping out on his wife around eight years ago.
Mutombo, an eight-time All-Star who played for 18 seasons, met his wife Rose in 1995 and married her shortly after.
Speaking on his ‘25/10Show’ podcast, McCoy recalled a story about meeting a female he described as a “baddie” in Atlanta who told him she was seeing the four-time Defensive Player of the Year, who would take her on trips to France.
He said: “She told me he not that type of dude, you know he take good care of me…He don’t take me shopping, he takes me to France. I was like who is the dude? Guess what she said his name was? Dikembe Mutombo. I was like you’re taking him over me? But I get it, yeah he’s taking you shopping from PJ to France, I said babe, keep him.”
Fans Rip LeSean McCoy For Mentioning Mutombo’s Name
Fans did not appreciate Shady namedropping Mutombo, especially given that the former NBA center has been happily married for nearly 30 years.
“1. This doesn’t violate bro code cuss that’s not his bro. 2. He violated man code cuss name dropping when the situation could hurt my home is nasty. 3. It’s nasty cuss he ain’t have to say a name at all,” one wrote.
“D. Jack told him early like bro you a house wrecker. He thought he was gon get cool points for finishing the story lmao,” another pointed out.
“you must not know his actual nickname is Shady McCoy…he will name-drop in a minute,” a third suggested.
