Joy Taylor returned to FS1’s Speak just in time for the start of free agency. During this Wednesday’s show, she sort of roasted Aaron Rodgers while talking about his future in the NFL.
Taylor was sidelined by FS1 for the past two weeks. Many people assumed it was the network’s response to her being named in a lawsuit filed by former Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji. There were allegations about her having “inappropriate relationships” with a Fox Sports executive and FS1 on-air personality in hopes of advancing her career.
Now that Taylor is back on TV, the focus is once again on her analysis.
On Wednesday’s episode of Speak, Taylor offered her thoughts on the New York Giants pursuing Rodgers in free agency. She understands why the G-Men want to add the four-time MVP to their roster. Head coach Brian Daboll is in desperate need of an upgrade at quarterback.
From Rodgers’ standpoint, it would be an odd fit. Taylor believes he’d be the worst quarterback in the NFC East.
“They have the worst roster in that division. He would be the worst quarterback in that division by far,” Taylor said. “He wasn’t able to elevate the Jets. I think the coach is better than what he had before, but no, he’s not going to make that team competitive.”

It’s hard to rank Rodgers ahead of Philadelphia Eagles star Jalen Hurts and Washington Commanders phenom Jayden Daniels, especially after what we saw this past season.
As for Dak Prescott, the only major concern is his health. Back in 2023, he played MVP-caliber football for the Dallas Cowboys.
“He [Rodgers] is automatically the worst quarterback in that division,” Taylor continued. “Dak Prescott right now is a much better quarterback than him.”
It’s pretty apparent that Taylor doesn’t want to see Rodgers spend the final year or two of his career in New York.
Rodgers proved this past season that he can still command an offense, finishing the year with 3,897 yards with 28 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. If he finds the right landing spot, there’s a chance we’ll see him play meaningful football again.
