Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, share three kids.

They have two daughters, Sterling and Golden, and one son, Bronze. Sterling is the oldest at four, Bronze is two, and Golden was born earlier this year.

Brittany and Patrick spent time with Sterling on Friday, helping her with a word puzzle. Brittany posted a photo of the three of them working on it to her Instagram story and gave some advice to parents with multiple kids in the caption.

“Took our girl for some one-on-one time today. If you have more than one kiddo, I advise to still make one-on-one time with each of them,” Brittany wrote on her story.

It’s good advice since each kid can form more of a bond with their parents and have fun with select activities.

This time of year is perfect for the Mahomes family to do these types of activities with their kids since it’s the offseason. The Chiefs wrapped up their 2024 season in February, losing to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, 40-22.

Patrick will have plenty of time to train during the offseason while also spending time with his family. He’ll get to do a lot of family activities before reporting for OTAs and minicamp in the spring.

He’ll then have more time off before training camp starts in July, leading to the start of the 2025 NFL season.

The Chiefs will look to win their fifth Super Bowl in franchise history and fourth in the Patrick Mahomes era when the 2025 season starts in September. They were one win away from a three-peat but fell short against a dominant Eagles team.
