Prince Harry and Meghan humiliated in Hollywood as ‘no one rates them’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are not set to have their Netflix deal renewed in September as “no one in Hollywood rates them”, an insider has said. After the Duke and Duchess of Sussex quit royal life in 2020, they were quick to sign a £78million ($100million) five-year deal with Netflix.

While they had some original success with their 2022 docuseries Harry and Meghan, this did not last long, with other shows such as Polo quick to flop. This week, it has now been reported that the deal will not be renewed when it ends in just a few months, with an insider telling the Mail that people are “bored” with them.

They said: “No one in Hollywood rates them anymore or wants to be around them, especially her, people are bored with them.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not publicly commented on the fact the deal is coming to an end.

Princess Anne decision over major milestone proves her ‘no fuss’ attitude

Princess Anne has made a “no fuss” decision as she prepares to reach a major personal milestone. The Princess Royal will celebrate her 75th birthday on August 15.

Anne, who is widely regarded as one of the most popular royals, has reportedly rejected any form of public birthday party to mark the occasion. Instead the Royal Mint will be releasing a commemorative coin to celebrate her.

One thing Prince William and Prince Harry have in common with Queen Camilla

While Prince William and Prince Harry may not have been fans of their father King Charles marrying Queen Camilla 20 years ago, a claim made by Harry in his memoir, it seems that they did, and continue to have, some things in common with their stepmother. As well as all three of them loving the King, 76, they also love one particular beverage too.

Although tea is the staple hot drink to have in the UK, a former royal butler who worked with Charles before he became King from 2004 until 2011 has revealed what drink Camilla, 77, William, 43, and Harry, 40, all like – coffee . Although other royals may also like the drink, it is believed these three royals love it the most.

‘I’m a PR expert and there’s no way in hell I’d tell people to work with Harry and Meghan’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were brutally savaged by a PR expert who said they wouldn’t advise any of their clients to work for them as they are “damaged goods”. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have hopped in the spotlight again this week after new reports claimed their lucrative Netflix deal will not get renewed in September.

Harry and Meghan’s projects for the streaming giant, apart from their first bombshell docuseries, have failed to gain interest since they struck the deal in 2020, and their popularity has been gradually plummeting ever since. The Sussex couple have received negative press, with critics slamming their various endeavours over the years following a series of attacks against the Royal Family.

Princess Anne ditches her shoes to go barefoot on royal outing

Princess Anne went barefoot for her latest royal engagement at a Hindu temple. The Princess Royal visited the Wellingborough District Hindu Association (WDHA) on Wednesday, July 17, to present it with the King’s Award for Voluntary Service.

The award recognised the charity’s achievements and ongoing service to the community. King Charles’s sister took her shoes off for the royal engagement, as it is customary in Hindu traditions when people enter a temple or a home, as a sign of humility and respect.

King and Queen’s mystery holiday abroad revealed

King Frederik and Queen Mary of Denmark have been taking some well-deserved time off this month, and now their secret holiday spot has been revealed, according to reports. The Danish royals have been absent from royal duties since July 8, with the king’s mother, Queen Margrethe, and their eldest son, Crown Prince Christian, taking charge.

Frederik was seen on July 7 attending the Wimbledon tennis championships in London, and while Mary usually visits her hometown of Hobart, Tasmania, this year, the couple went on holiday somewhere a bit closer to home, according to local media. Danish magazine HER & Nu said the royal couple spent time at their French abode, Château de Cayx, in Cahors, southern France

Prince Harry’s attempt at reconciliation with King ‘not coincidental’ – expert

Prince Harry’s recent attempt to reconcile with his father King Charles may not be coincidental, a royal expert has said. Earlier this month, two of Harry’s senior aides, Meredith Maines and Liam Maguire, met up with the monarch’s director of communications Tobyn Andreae for an informal meeting.

The meeting, which took place in London, was believed to have taken place with Harry and the King’s permission, suggesting that a future reconciliation could be on the cards just months after the Duke, 40, told the BBC that his father would not speak to him. However, while this seems like a step in the right direction when it comes to the rumoured family feud, a royal expert now believes that the timing is interesting.

Royal fans discover reason why Queen Elizabeth II loved place where she was ‘the happiest’

Balmoral Castle, nestled in the rugged beauty of Aberdeenshire in the Scottish Highlands, was more than just a summer residence for the late Queen Elizabeth II, it was one of her favourite places to be. Balmoral Castle has been a beloved retreat for the Royal Family since it was purchased by Prince Albert for Queen Victoria in 1852.

It was a place the late Queen could trade tiaras for wellies and coats, and ride horses through the hills, and walk her corgis without the media present. “I think Granny is the most happy there,” Princess Eugenie said in a 2016 documentary. “I think she really, really loves the Highlands. Walks, picnics, dogs – a lot of dogs, there’s always dogs – and people coming in and out all the time.”

Prince William set for special royal reunion – and it’s just hours away

Prince William will have quite a royal reunion this weekend when he heads to Switzerland to cheer on the Lionesses. The Prince of Wales will travel to Basel this Sunday to watch England play against Spain in the final, after the Lionesses beat Italy 2-1 in extra time this week.

Spain’s Women’s National Football Team posted on X: “H.R.H. the Princess of Asturias and the Infanta Doña Sofía will accompany the @sefutbolfem in the final of the #WEURO2025.

Awkward moment King Charles is confronted over Royal Family’s cost to taxpayers

King Charles had an awkward encounter with a member of the public during one of his recent outings in Suffolk. The King and Queen headed to Newmarket on Wednesday, where they visited the Jockey Club Rooms and toured the nearby National Stud, before going on a walkabout to meet and greet the public.

More than 1,000 people flocked to Newmarket’s town centre to see the royal couple and speak with them. But there was an awkward moment when one of them asked the King about the Royal Family’s cost.

Audiences ‘growing weary’ of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s ‘self-promotion’ – expert

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been accused of “self-promotion” by a royal expert who believes the public are getting “weary” of it. Earlier this week, it was reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who quit royal life in 2020, are not expected to have their five-year Netflix deal renewed when it ends in September.

While the reason behind this is unclear, it is believed to have been partly a result of their shows, especially Polo and “With Love, Meghan”, having lower than expected viewing figures. Now, royal expert Lydia Alty believes that this is a result of the shows being “a polished exercise in personal branding” and “self-promotion”.

Meghan Markle’s surprising 11-word verdict on writing bombshell memoir

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been left with a major blow this week after it was reported that Netflix will not be renewing their £78 million deal with the couple when it ends in September. Since quitting royal life in 2020 and moving to America, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have had to carve their own path financially, something they said they wanted when leaving the Firm.

Since then, Meghan, 43, and Harry, 40, have signed numerous deals, with their five-year Netflix deal being amongst the biggest. However, with news that the streaming giant is now not set to renew this when it ends in just two months, the couple will no doubt be left feeling a bit worried.

With Prince Harry having already released a memoir in 2023 that not only shocked the world but made a good sum of money too, many are set to be wondering whether the duchess could be tempted to release her own memoir.

Prince George’s ‘royal best friend’ revealed despite 31-year age gap

Prince George has had the perfect introduction to the busy role that lies ahead of him, thanks to his parents. Prince William and Princess Kate have ensured that their eldest son has been afforded as much privacy as possible, despite him being second in line to the throne, in a major shift from the way both King Charles and Prince William were raised.

As he celebrates his 12th birthday this week the young royal has many people to turn to who will undoubtedly help steer him on the right path. While the Wales family is an incredibly close-knit unit, one particular relationship will be foundational in shaping George into the person he becomes.

Although George – and indeed Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, seven – are benefitting from the type of gentle parenting that is spoken about in the Princess of Wales’s early years development work, it is clear that a uniquely special relationship exists between William and his first son.

Queen Camilla opens up about relatable hobby she enjoys at private village home

Queen Camilla may have a busy life on the royal stage, but behind closed doors she has a number of relatable hobbies that many can relate to. Although she is believed to spend the majority of her time living with King Charles at Clarence House in London, Camilla does also have her own private country abode where she tends to enjoy time away from royal responsibility, and carry out one of her favourite hobbies.

This hobby was revealed on Wednesday when Camilla, 78, and King Charles, 76, spent time at the Sandringham Flower Show. It was here where Camilla spoke to some of those attending about her love for gardening at her private Ray Mill House in Wiltshire, which she first brought in 1996 after her divorce from Andrew Parker Bowles.

‘I’m a royal expert and there’s 1 reason why Netflix are dropping Prince Harry and Meghan’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle quit royal life five years ago, moving overseas to the US to carve their own path. After expressing a desire to be financially independent, it came as no surprise when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex began making deals, with one of the first being a Netflix deal worth £78million [$100m].

The five-year deal, which was signed in 2020, helped fund the couple’s Montecito lifestyle and resulted in a number of shows being produced, with the 2022 docuseries Harry and Meghan being the most successful. However, with ratings for other shows as Polo flopping, it may not come as a surprise that the Netflix deal won’t be renewed when it comes to an end in September.

While the reason for this has not been confirmed by Netflix itself, one royal expert has exclusively told Express.co.uk that he thinks there is only one explanation.

Prince Harry recalls moment he ‘lost control’ when defending Prince William

Prince Harry recalled a moment when he once “lost control” when trying to defend Prince William. Writing in his bombshell memoir Spare, Harry, 40, shared an old memory when the once-close brothers would have visits to King Charles’ friends’ home during the summer.

The Duke of Sussex, who released Spare in January 2023, wrote that the pair had four sons, who he said were “thrown together” with “Willy and I”.

Harry penned: “We often went to visit them for a week or two, during school holidays and summers. They had four sons with whom Willy and I were always thrown together, like pups into a bunch of pit bulls.” Recalling how fighting was usually on the agenda, he then added: “Hair-pulling, eye-gouging, arm-twisting, sleeper holds, all was fair in love and war and at Hugh and Emilie’s country house.”

Meghan Markle could take bombshell move for ‘massive paycheck’ after Netflix deal drops

Meghan Markle could be forced to consider her next move after the five-year Netflix deal she signed with Prince Harry in 2020 is not set to be renewed. It has been widely reported this week that the deal, which is reportedly worth £78million [$100m], will not be continued when it comes to an end in September.

While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who quit royal life and moved to America in 2020, have other sources of income, it is possible that Meghan could finally consider writing her own tell-all memoir. While the duchess, 43, has not hinted at this, it was reported by an inside source last year that Meghan has been offered “millions” for a biography by publishing companies.
