The TOWIE star, 33, who has just split up from his wife, Jac Jossa, 32, after eight years of marriage, has been plagued by rumours of infidelity ever since he shot to fame on the ITV reality show.

From reports of a threesome in the bathroom after he took part in Celebrity Big Brother to his rumoured affair with Love Island’s Gabby Allen, the dad-of-three, admitted he ‘made mistakes’ but insisted not all the ‘rumours were true’.

He is now facing life as a single man again after Jac was papped today without her wedding ring after the couple’s split was confirmed. So, as Dan, who reportedly bought a house without Jac knowing last year, gets used to his life without the EastEnders star, here’s a look at some of his lowest moments, including that alleged threesome…

‘Threesome in bathroom’ after Celebrity Big Brother

Pictures of Dan wild night out with Chloe Ayling and Natalie Nunn showed the reality stars chuckling and hugging in the street hours before their ‘threesome’ is alleged to have gone down in 2019.

Chloe claims she enjoyed a steamy sex session with her Celebrity Big Brother co-stars – including married Dan and Natalie – at a raucous end of series party.

The glamour model went public with the bombshell allegations after Jac – who was completely unaware of the latest scandal to rock her marriage – survived another I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! vote off.

Chloe claimed that she headed back to a hotel room with Natalie and Dan – who was said to be seeking legal action over the reports – for a night of high-jinks. Natalie also said that she had a threesome with Dan and Chloe, despite Dan vehemently denying it.

Leaving pregnant girlfriend before ‘threatening to stab her’

In 2018, Dan revealed he was back on good terms with ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin, despite ‘threatening to stab her’ three years earlier.

The reality star’s relationship with Megan came to a bitter end in 2015 when audio recordings of Dan were published where he threatened to ‘stick in a knife’ in her if she slept with another man, two years after she gave birth to the couple’s son, Teddy.

Apologising for his words, Dan, who left Megan when she was four months pregnant, later said in statement: “It has taken me a while to find the right words but I would like to say that I am truly sorry to anyone who was offended by what they heard.

“I am ashamed and embarrassed that I allowed myself to reach such a dark place that I behaved in a way that even I didn’t recognise”.

Speaking about the ugly interaction in the recordings, Megan, meanwhile, told new! magazine: “If you haven’t experienced it, it’s hard to explain how much a person can get inside your mind and control how you feel.

“I still doubt myself now, but, with the support of my family, I’m slowly regaining my self-esteem, confidence and piecing my life back together.”

Denies naked FaceTime with model

Dan sparked fury when it was rumoured that he had strayed from Jac in 2015 with a well-known model. The dad-of-three denied engaging in a naked FaceTime chat with Teddy Edwardes after nude pictures surfaced online.

The images shared by Twitter, now X, user ‘Celebrity Busted’ showed the head, shoulders, chest of a man with similar tattoos to Dan. However, a spokesperson for the TOWIE star denied their client was the man in the images, stating: “It is a complete fake, someone has superimposed that tattoo.” Even model Teddy took to social media to share her fury and insisted someone was ‘out to get her’.

Rumoured affair with Love Island’s Gabby Allen

Dan and Love Island star, Gabby, got tongues wagging as they lounged on the deck of a boat together during a boot camp retreat in Marbella in 2018.

The snaps sparked a flurry of cheating allegations as Gabby’s ex, Marcel Somerville, publicly accused her of bedding Dan. Jac was heavily pregnant at the time and the couple had a temporary break with Dan moving out of the family home as infidelity rumours swirled.

However, Dan and Gabby denied the rumours, with Dan telling The Sun: “We all got on really well but just as friends and nothing happened [with Gabby]. The pictures on the boat didn’t look amazing from that angle, I am not going to lie.

“But we were all laying down on that thing and then Gabby is like sat on the side of it. And then I think [the others] got up, so the photographer just caught the moment where I leaned up. A picture can be anything, it looked bad. I understood when Jacqueline wasn’t happy about it and there was some speculation.”

The pair then both entered the Celebrity Big Brother house, with some viewers speculating they looked like more than just friends. However, Dan and Gabby again denied rumours of any infidelity.

Following the furore, Dan took to Instagram, writing: “So after weeks, months, years of constant articles & rumours, some true, some very untrue I want to publicly say, I know I have made mistakes, we all do as humans, but I’ve made some that have almost cost me my family. I have seriously learnt from these massively, so I want to publicly apologise to my beautiful wife and my family for the mistakes I’ve made.”

Jac previously addressed her husband’s cheating accusations on ITV’s Lorraine after departing the jungle. Admitting she ‘gave him hell’, she shared: “I want to hit a restart button. It’s been two years of me basically giving him hell and it’s not like he’s got away lightly at all. He knows he’s done wrong….”
