CULINARY SHOCK: Gordon Ramsay’s ideal ‘LAST MEAL’ features CONTROVERSIAL dessert

Michelin-star chef Gordon Ramsay has revealed what he’d choose for his last-ever meal and the controversial dessert choice might just surprise you.
The celebrity chef, 58, gave Josh Scherer from Mythical Kitchen an exeedingly long list of food stuff he would consume. He said: “My last meal would be a full English breakfast.

“Butter chicken, chicken wings, and an In-N-Out burger. Beef Wellington with a delicious Monkey 47 Gin and Tonic. And then finally, a delicious sticky toffee pudding, deep fried Mars bar for dessert.”
During the interview, Ramsay reflected on growing up in council housing. He mused: “…scrambled eggs was a dream. And so, this reminiscence right back, you know, to sort of five, six years of age. And you just woke up with the smell of bacon. Mum would bake bread.”
Laughing, he added: “The thought of, you know, $250 a kilo white truffles on my scrambled egg, man, she would kick my ass.”
His second course featured a mix of comforting and bold flavours: chicken wings, butter chicken curry and a classic In-N-Out “animal style” burger – an American fast-food favourite that Ramsay has publicly praised before.
For the main event, he chose Beef Wellington, a dish synonymous with Ramsay himself. “When we first opened Claridge’s, early 2000, I wanted to sort of be a little bit more, sort of, disruptive with the retro,” he explained. “And I’m fed up with that old fart mentality that nothing should change. Our job was to change it.”
The final course was a rich double dessert: sticky toffee pudding and a deep-fried Mars bar. Though divisive, Ramsay stood by his choice, noting the sentimental value and pure indulgence.

When asked who he’d want to share his last meal with, Ramsay fondly replied: “It’s gotta be my wife [Tana Ramsay, 50].”
Gordon first shot to fame after appearing on the Channel 4 documentary miniseries, Boiling Point, back in 1999. The series followed him as he worked to open his flagship eatery, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
The restaurant has since earned him a highly respected and distinguished three Michelin Stars, an amount that’s a rarity. The series revealed his determination, as well as his fiery temper which is something of a trademark – alongside his regular use of profanity.
