Bye-bye, beachfront! Fox News host Jesse Watters has listed his cute abode on the Jersey Shore for $1,849,000.

Fittingly located in the seaside town of Beach Haven, NJ, the beach home comes with four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2,000 square feet of living space. The price was recently reduced by $50,000.

Featuring an open floor plan, the interiors are spacious and bright. The home is ideal for warm-weather vacations and weekend getaways from New York City.

The home was built in 1984 and recently updated.
(Realtor.com)
The home was built in 1984 and recently updated.(Realtor.com) Just a block from the center of town
(Realtor.com)
Just a block from the center of town(Realtor.com) An open and airy great room
(Realtor.com)
An open and airy great room(Realtor.com) Foyer
(Realtor.com)
The kitchen was renovated in 2022(Realtor.com)

A newly refurbished kitchen offers custom cabinets, granite counters, an island, and new appliances, including a wine fridge. There’s also an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower between two of the bedrooms on the first floor.

The primary suite comes with a new bath and a private deck. The two-car garage has a new epoxy floor, and there’s a spacious backyard with an outdoor shower.

Other renovations include new vinyl flooring throughout the home, ceiling and floor moldings for visual interest, all-new doors and knobs, and a sturdy new fence in the back. Smart use of stones in the backyard means you won’t have to spend much time on upkeep.

In addition to his eponymous nightly show, Watters co-hosts “The Five” and is the author of “How I Saved the World.”

If Watters ends up selling his home at the asking price, he’ll make out quite well. He purchased the property in April 2021 for a mere $1.1 million.
