The photos included a series of photos of Nick, as the young man was growing up. The first is a pic of Nick as a toddler, followed by him as a little boy with Al, as a pre-teen on a boat with his dad, as a teen at a baseball game, as a young man sitting by his dad, and a more current one with Nick on a beach.

With the photos, Al wrote, “Seems like just yesterday this beautiful boy came into our lives but #justlikethat Nick is 23 years old. #happybirthday my young man.”

Nick is Al’s youngest child, at 23. Leila is 26, and Courtney is 38. He is also a grandfather (a “pop-pop”) to Courtney’s daughter Sky Lara, who was born in 2023. At the time, he said that he is letting his own kids decide on their own parenting style and he isn’t interfering. “You can gently suggest things and your kids can take that and use it or not. And once you’ve given that advice, you have to let it go,” he said (via PEOPLE).
